At Veloura, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and to maintain the highest quality standards, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
🚨 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All items are non-returnable, including:

📦 SHIPPING DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been shipped, Veloura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
However, we will assist you in resolving any verified damage cases.

We do not offer exchanges.
💳 REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in approved damage cases where a refund or store credit may be granted.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
